DEZEEN told about Kyiv Design Week, which will be held in Zurich, Switzerland in 2023. The purpose of the event, which was organized by the charity organization USAID and the German government, was to promote the further economic development and well-being of Ukrainian design.

After outlining the importance of the event for Ukrainian manufacturers, DEZEEN editors couldn’t help but pay special attention and sympathy to the emotional and multifunctional KONYKY poufs, which were presented at the design week from the DONNA fashion furniture company.

GALAXUS – a well-known French digest that talks about technologies and design trends made a photo report from the venue of Kyiv Design Week, which was held in Zurich.

Tables with exclusive designs on the countertops – SUMINAGASHI! Each table is unique. A unique paint application technology was used for its decoration. The patterns resemble the ancient Japanese type of painting “suminagashi”, which prompted the author, Valerii Kuznetsov, to come up with the idea of ​​a name for the table.
